A powerful, affordable metrology-grade handheld 3D scanner with built-in photogrammetry
The FreeScan UE Pro inherits the metrology-grade accuracy and lightweight design of the FreeScan UE series, combining detailed scanning with global accuracy control when scanning large parts.
It uses 26+5+1 blue laser lines and integrates a photogrammetry module. Balancing speed, accuracy and detail, this professional 3D metrology solution can scan a wide variety of objects while providing metrology-grade accuracy control. The scanner is also well suited to reverse engineering, additive manufacturing and more.
Measurement error within 0.020 mm delivers stable, high-accuracy scan results, and the performance is confirmed by the Russian Register of Measuring Instruments
Built-in photogrammetry needs no special markers and quickly captures the spatial positions of the marker framework
13 blue laser crosses for fast scanning of large objects, 5 parallel laser lines for detailed scanning, and a single laser line for scanning deep holes and narrow areas
The lightweight, ergonomic design of the UE series and an intuitive user interface make the scanner simple to operate and shorten training time
Fully compatible with popular inspection and reverse engineering software. Scan data can be imported into all major 3D inspection and design programs, such as PolyWorks Inspector, Geomagic Control X, Geomagic Design X and others
Quality scanning of any surface, including black and highly reflective materials, without prior matte spraying
