High-accuracy portable 3D scanner
The 3DeVOK MT Gen2 combines SCANOLOGY industrial technology with advanced optics and intelligent data processing algorithms. The scanner is designed for reverse engineering, automotive customization and 3D model quality control. It efficiently digitizes parts of any size and material, delivering high data accuracy even on complex and large objects. This helps streamline workflows at every stage, from digital design to production launch.
4 scanning modes (34 blue laser cross lines, 11 parallel blue laser lines, a single blue laser line, and a VCSEL infrared laser), accuracy of up to 0.03 mm, resolution of up to 0.05 mm and a frame rate of up to 80 frames per second.
Marker pre-scanning to improve accuracy on medium and large objects, alignment algorithms for thin-walled parts, intelligent color texturing and offline data processing across multiple computers.
Certified to several international standards (CE-EMC, FCC, RoHS, etc.). Every 3DeVOK MT Gen2 ships with a factory calibration certificate issued by SCANOLOGY's ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, using methods that comply with international accuracy requirements
The scanner efficiently digitizes parts from 0.05 to 5 m, maintaining high accuracy even on dark, glossy and highly textured surfaces. The optics and algorithms are optimized for ambient light, ensuring fast, stable scanning both indoors and outdoors.
By combining different scanning and alignment modes, you can achieve the highest data quality on a wide variety of parts.
Markerless scanning with an extended field of view. Ideal for medium and large objects
Combined with marker-based scanning, it achieves accuracy of up to 0.03 mm, so you can rely on the device for reverse engineering and precise measurement.
