Wireless flagship of industrial metrology. A fully standalone scanner with accuracy up to 0.02 mm
The built-in processor and dual power system allow up to 4 hours of cable-free operation in any conditions.
Metrological accuracy of 0.02 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.015 mm + 0.030 mm/m for flawless measurements.
6 operating modes in one device: from scanning large objects to capturing fine surface microrelief.
Scanology KSCAN-E is a fully wireless 3D scanner with a built-in processing module that can operate for up to 4 hours without an external PC or power source. Unlike comparable scanners, KSCAN-E combines 6 specialized scanning modes in a single housing, allowing you to digitize objects of any size and complexity, from jewelry to large-scale objects. The unique quad-cross laser technology delivers 108 frames per second and scanning speeds of up to 8.3 million points per second while maintaining metrological accuracy, making it an indispensable tool for industrial applications.
The dual wireless module (WNIC) ensures stable data transmission even in demanding industrial environments.
The ergonomic design and one-handed operation make the scanner comfortable to use even in hard-to-reach places.
Scanning speed of up to 8.3 M points/s with Quad-Cross technology (quad laser, 180 frames per second) for the fastest possible data capture.
KSCAN-E is a breakthrough in 3D scanning technology for industrial applications. The device is built on an innovative platform with an integrated processing module based on a powerful processor that processes data directly in the scanner, eliminating the need for an external computer. This delivers unprecedented mobility and independence. The scanner has a dual power system: a main battery and a backup source that keeps the scanner running while the main battery is replaced. The dual wireless module (WNIC) technology ensures a stable connection and high-speed data transfer at distances of up to 20 meters.
The large-area mode with 38 laser lines efficiently digitizes areas up to 1440×1000 mm from a distance of 1.5 meters.
The ultra-fine mode with 17 parallel blue laser lines captures the smallest geometric details.
The ultra-fast mode with Quad-Cross technology uses 108 blue laser lines for maximum data capture speed.
The deep-hole mode with a single laser line enables accurate scanning of recesses and internal surfaces.
The smart edge inspection mode automatically recognizes and accurately measures contours, holes and slots.
The photogrammetry mode creates a reference point network to maintain volumetric accuracy when scanning large objects.
KSCAN-E features a high-resolution touchscreen for visual monitoring of the scanning process, an intuitive interface, and an ergonomic body designed for comfortable one-handed use, even over long periods.
