TrackScan Sharp, consisting of the handheld i-Scanner 3D scanner and the i-Tracker optical tracker, is a completely new generation of optical 3D measurement system designed for measuring large parts. It takes optical measurement to a new level, with a measurement distance of up to 6 meters, a measurement volume of 49 m³ and a volumetric accuracy of up to 0.049 mm (within a 10.4 m³ volume).

The TrackScan Sharp system is equipped with the latest industrial camera. The camera resolution is 25 megapixels, 5 times higher than the previous generation. Thanks to a dynamic adaptive LED algorithm, depth of field at long range and strong interference immunity, the system automatically captures sharp images at distances of up to 6 meters.

Thanks to its large measurement volume and robust edge measurement algorithm, TrackScan Sharp can scan large parts in a single setup.

Fast 3D scanning and upgraded data transmission

With optical tracking technology, TrackScan Sharp can measure parts accurately without the need to attach markers. The large tracking volume allows users to measure several parts at the same time, which greatly improves operating efficiency.
The 3D scanning system can transmit data both over a cable and wirelessly. In wired mode, the system can send data over long distances in line with industrial measurement standards. An optional wireless mode supports a variety of working conditions and is convenient thanks to plug-and-play operation. It can be set up quickly and operated flexibly in different environments, ensuring efficient measurement.

Innovative design

Made of aerospace-grade carbon fiber in a spherical shape, the i-Scanner is built for intensive use. The ergonomic handle allows the 3D scanner to be used for long periods without significant fatigue, enabling unrestricted measurement.
The i-Tracker has an intuitive light strip that shows its operating status in real time. The hollow grille design helps the cameras maintain a stable temperature throughout the scanning process.
