The 6-megapixel machine vision cameras use interchangeable lenses for quick recalibration to different scan areas. Optical filters on the lenses reduce sensitivity to ambient light during scanning.
The well-engineered scanner design and advanced software algorithms deliver scanning speeds of up to 0.8 seconds per scan.
The scanner has only two inputs with metal locks that keep the connectors from coming loose. The whole system is switched on with a single power button.
No risk of being locked out by decisions of foreign companies or officials. Listed in the Russian Software Register. Can be used on several computers. Regular free updates. Online technical support
Official, responsive technical support from the manufacturer. It replies quickly and resolves problems quickly. Our specialists engage with users in the professional community, hold regular webinars, and develop products and software based on user feedback.
For prototyping, reverse engineering and examination of pilot samples
For checking the geometric accuracy of manufactured products. Meets the requirements of production quality management systems
For measuring the accuracy of manufactured tooling, monitoring tooling wear, calculating dimensional chains and fitting parts.
The PRO II 3D scanner creates high-precision 3D models of housings, parts and assemblies that can be used to refine and optimize the future product: improve geometry, reduce weight, identify problem areas in the design and develop optimal enclosures for assemblies and mechanisms.
An accurate, detailed digital copy of the object is captured in a gentle, non-contact way.
As an officially registered type of measuring instrument, the PRO II 3D scanner can measure fragile or precision objects that must not be touched, from printed circuit boards to priceless museum exhibits, without contact and with accuracy of up to 24 microns.
The metrological accuracy of the PRO II scanner makes it possible to compare the resulting 3D model of a part with a reference to reveal deviations invisible to the human eye caused by manufacturing errors, wear and damage.
The PRO II 3D scanner easily digitizes objects with complex geometry, making it much faster to obtain their CAD models than modeling from scratch.
The 3D scanner comes with everything needed and is ready for immediate use; all you need is a computer to run the scanning software.
Used for scanning objects that cannot be digitized by other means, such as museum exhibits. Model fragments captured from different angles are aligned using the geometric features of the object surface.
Model fragments are aligned automatically using markers placed on the object surface. Used to improve stitching accuracy on large objects. External photogrammetry systems are supported.

Built-in geometry inspection between two meshes visualizes deviations as a color map and allows measurements at any individual point of the inspected 3D mesh. The final stitching by selection option locally aligns several meshes on a selected area and is useful for aligning the reference and inspected meshes to the base geometry.
Convenient scene image export saves both measurement results and plain or textured models in the main 2D graphics formats: JPEG, PNG, BMP and PDF, with selectable image resolution. RV 3D Studio exports 3D models to the most popular formats: OBJ, PLY, STL, PTX, ASCII and OFF. Import of CAD files in the universal STP format with automatic mesh triangulation links RV 3D Studio with 3D modeling systems.
